Four-in-ten say they don't fit in at workplaceStudy exploring workers fitting in at workplace
![]() We spend most of our waking hours in the workplace, for this reason it makes sense that we would want to fit in. We want to feel as though we are apart of the workplace culture. Specifically, it is employees working in health care, sales, and professional and business services that are the highest rankers for workers who feel they don’t fit. Next was leisure/hospitality and IT.
