Four-in-ten say they don't fit in at workplace

We spend most of our waking hours in the workplace, for this reason it makes sense that we would want to fit in. We want to feel as though we are apart of the workplace culture.
However, according to a survey by CareerBuilder four-in-ten workers feel as though they do not fit in with their co-workers.
A comparison of genders shows that 42% of women and 37% of men feel they do not always fit in.
Specifically, it is employees working in health care, sales, and professional and business services that are the highest rankers for workers who feel they don’t fit. Next was leisure/hospitality and IT.
