Based on a survey done by CareerBuilder about four-in-ten employees feel they do not fit in with their colleagues. The survey revealed more women (42%) than men (37%) feel they don’t fit in with colleagues. The top 3 industries which had employees who felt they didn’t fit in were health care, sales, and professional and business services. Leisure/hospitality and IT also topped the list.
