  • A demoralized workplace can be factionalized, so it's important not to take sides "Stay out of the conflicts,", says Margaret Morford, president of HR Edge, a management and training consultancy
  • Workplace survivors view everyone as competition;
  • Go to lunch with your coworkers - one-on-one to get reall connections going;

Finally, realize that it can take up to four months to get an accurate picture of your new workplace, so give it a chance.
