good advice from the people over at NurseTogether.com aimed at helping nurses, nursing assistants, and other health care
workers avoid back injury while lifting, bending, and other associated activities.
We'd add: drink water - staying
hydrated helps your muscles function properly and keeps your brain in top order - which will help you make better
decisions. Knowing your limits and when to call for assistance is key. As many as 12% of nurses leave the
