Michael H. Ballard
Michael H. Ballard specializes in programs for building personal and organizational capacity through Resiliency and Emotional Intelligence programs.

His certifications include Attitudinal Healing (Attitudinal Healing Centre Sarasota, CA, USA), Behavioral assessments (The McQuaig Institute Toronto, ON, CA), Canadian Federation of Coaches (Toronto, ON , CA), Compassion Fatigue Certificate (South Florida State University, FL, USA), Personality Dimension (Career Life Skills Vaughan, ON, CA), True Colours (OISE Toronto, ON, CA).

Dr. Charles K. Bens
Charles K. Bens, Ph.D. is the President of Healthy @ Work, Inc. and the author of Healthy at Work: Your Pocket Guide to Good Health and The Healthy Smoker: How To Quit Smoking By Becoming Healthier First.

Dr. Bens' educational specialties include nutrition, smoking cessation, wellness and mental challenges. His speaking engagements have included speaking at the United Nations Habitat Conference in Istanbul, Turkey. His consulting and training projects have taken him to over 200 cities in the United States, Canada, Latin America, and Western and Eastern Europe. During this 40-year career, Charles has written six books, over 200 articles, and three university courses.

In addition, he has received a Person of the Year nomination in a U.S. community, Person of the Year award in a Canadian community, a letter of commendation from the President of the United States.
Johanna Beyers
Dr. Johanna Beyers holds a BSc. and MSc. in Earth Sciences from UBC, Vancouver, 1986 and 1989 respectively and a doctorate in Environmental Policy from York University, Toronto, 1998. This background gives her a rare advantage for working with complex situations and cross-disciplinary teams.

Johanna is an Adler Trained Coach through the Adler School of Professional Coaching, Toronto, 2006 and a skilled facilitator, with many years' experience in a range of settings.

Johanna has long been committed to connecting the inner work of personal development to the outer work of action. Professionally, Johanna has consistently chosen the challenging world of cross-disciplinary research and practice. She applies this expertise to team development and life coaching, helping clients realize their potential.
Alexi Bracey
Alexi Bracey is a trained chef who studied with Martha Stewart and was a personal chef to Will Smith. Alexi also holds accreditation in Coaching, Natural Nutrition, Ayurvedic Living Food, NLP, and Public Speaking.

As Executive Chef at Canada’s only environmental Detox SPA, Alexi successfully introduced the alkaline diet, juicing and organic living foods to complement the detox programs for SPA clients.

She has appeared on TV and radio, and is a regular contributor of articles to health magazines. She has also given talks to Institute of Energy Wellness, Society of Multiple Sclerosis, Diabetes Society, Carrot Common, Planet Organic, Toronto French School, Elementary School Teachers Federation, McCarthy Tetrault.

Her services include private consultations, seminars, coaching, and public speaking engagements.
Novelette Burke
Novelette M. Burke, C.N.P., RRPr, is a Certified Nutritional Consultant and Registered Reflexology Practitioner. She is a graduate of the Institute of Holistic Nutrition and a Member of the Certified Nutritional Practitioners Council of Canada. She is also registered with the Reflexology Registration Council of Ontario. She has coordinated workshops for E.P. Taylor Place, Toronto Children’s Breakfast Club and Fitness One For Women and has been a guest speaker at the Institute of Holistic Nutrition. Currently she facilitates natural health seminars in the GTA focusing on natural weight loss, preventative health, detoxification and reflexology. She can customize topics to accommodate her audience’s interests. In August of 2006 Foot Reflexology Treatment was incorporated into her practice in an effort for her clients to achieve over all optimal health.
Christina M. Demeester
Christina M. Demeester, M.A., founder and president of New Empowering Ways, teaches strategies and skills which empower you to achieve your professional and personal goals. Christina is a certified life coach with over 15 years of experience. She holds a B.A. in Consciousness Studies and an M.A. in Transpersonal Psychology.

Christina is passionate about teaching and coaching individuals and groups who decide to live more productive, harmonious and fulfilling lives. She customizes her different programs including Lunch & Learn sessions, half, full day and/or multiple day off site workshops, in a way that her clients get the most out of their investment.

Christina is known to be an energetic, inspiring, and passionate facilitator. She has given numerous workshops nationally and internationally to a great variety of groups including Agfa Corporation, Berlitz International and Johnson and Johnson.
Jennifer Drummond
Jennifer Drummond works with a client-centered approach, both in a therapeutic and workshop setting.

She is a trained psychotherapist and Spiritual Director receiving her training at the Transformational Arts College (TAC). She is also a trained Belly Dancer and instructor, studying and training under Badia Star. She received her Honours B.A. from the Glendon College Campus of York University.

She is presently a facilitator of TAC’s Total Self Program, an eight-week self-awareness program and has worked for several years with individual clients as a psychotherapist. She has extensive experience training and facilitating groups in an innovative and non-formal arena to increase clients’ cross-cultural communication, problem solving, time management, stress management, team building and interpersonal dynamics. She has created a woman’s workshop 'Beyond Belly Dance' in which she combined her psychotherapy, belly dancing and energy work.
Rohan Francis
Rohan Francis, is an internationally certified personal trainer who obtained his certification from the American Council On Exercise. His company, Quest Personal Training, specializes in training busy business professionals. He has appeared numerous times on AM740’s Sunday Showcase, has written articles for online newsletters, is the coordinator of fitness for General Mills Canada and has among his clients, the Health Minister for Ontario, The Honorable George Smitherman.

Rohan believes that everyone who chooses to can learn the habits required to live an energetic and vital life. All they need is the right knowledge and support. Rohan’s motto is, “change takes time.” Therefore, if you want to achieve and maintain your fitness goal(s), it’s wise to take the approach of it being a marathon, not a sprint.
Helen Goldstein
Known as "Canada's Godmother of Yoga", Helen Goldstein is credited with gentrifying the practice of yoga in North America.

Helen was the founder of The Yoga Studio, the largest yoga studios in Canada from 1995 to 2007, and now Peace Core, a company devoted to bringing wellness to corporations.

Helen teaches with a lot of humour and a little irreverence. A popular presenter, Helen was the keynote speaker and teacher at the Shanghai Yoga Week in 2007 and was featured extensively in Chinese media.

Yoga for Round Bodies (for people who have larger bodies); Menopause...not Mentalpause; How to Grow Younger (based on the teachings of Dr Deepak Chopra); Yoga for Weight Loss (yoga, meditation, affirmations etc.); and Yoga for Specific Ailments (back, neck, PMS, RSI, etc.)
Cecile Peterkin
Cecile Peterkin is the president of the Cosmic Coaching Centre (CCC), a certified Career Coach, Retirement Coach and Speaker with 17 years of experience and a member of the International Coach Federation. She received her training in mentoring, train-the-trainer, project management and facilitating at Langevin Learning Services, The Coaches Training Institute and the Career Masters Institute.

Cecile coaches solutions and courses for Career, Leadership and Life development. She publishes the ‘Recipe for Success’, a free monthly E-zine on living and achieving success and e-books such as ‘The Career Athlete - The elite career guidance’. Cecile has been featured on television and radio and third-party publications have printed her articles and tips. Her speaking engagements included organizations such as Cadillac Fairview, Remax Realty and International Association of Administration Professionals.
Genevieve Trickey
Geneviève Trickey integrates nutritional analysis and counselling into her homoeopathic practice. She completed her Heilkunst and Homoeopathy education at the Hahnemann College for Heilkunst (HCH) after studying Commerce at Queen's University. She is a registered member of the National United Professional Association of Trained Homoeopaths (NUPATH) and of the Canadian Society of Homoeopaths.

In the community, Geneviève has spent the past few years working with women living at the George Herman House in Toronto . It provides transitional housing and a supportive life skills program for women coping with mental illness. Abroad, Geneviève volunteered at Yayasan Bumi Sehat, a birthing centre in Ubud, Bali (Indonesia) in 2005. The centre offers free or low-cost midwifery services where few are able to afford any sort of medical care.
Elizabeth Verwey
Elizabeth Verwey is a seasoned entrepreneur who helps business people to manage their space and time more effectively so they can enjoy both life and work. She has helped hundreds of clients in the Greater Toronto Area to gain perspective on their challenges and priorities, and take concrete action to improve how they organize and operate day to day.

She has completed the Personnel and Industrial Relations Program at University of Toronto and the Life Skills Coaches Training Certificate at the YWCA. She is a board member of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers. Follow her monthly column in Toronto Business Times or read her first book, "The Mentors Circle".
Lynn Weinfeld
Lynn Weinfeld is a Certified Hatha Yoga instructor, with over 15 years of experience as a practitioner. Her teaching has evolved from years of practice including spiritual and personal growth.
She has a Masters level education in Psychology and has worked as a business professional in corporate environments for about 20 years. Lynn’s acquaintance with the stress that often occurs in the workplace led to the design and facilitation of seminars which focus on how Yoga can cope with the stress and demands of daily living.
Lynn teaches Yoga in various fitness centres, corporate and home environments. Additionally she teaches yoga as therapy for those living with various chronic health conditions, orthopedic rehabilitation, and cancer survivors.
Marilyn Wetston
Often companies have dress codes that are not understood or implemented. Dealing with that issue creates difficulties between employers and employees. Marilyn can help you eliminate that stress, and deal with the grey areas effectively in a way that is comfortable for everyone.

For over 30 years Marilyn Wetston has been acclaimed as the "Wardrobe Doctor". Also known for Marilyn's, her store in the Fashion District of Toronto, Marilyn is the busy host of a weekly radio programme on AM 740, and the author of regular columns in Osprey Media publications and magazines across Canada.

Marilyn has taught the importance of wardrobe and image for numerous educational institutions, corporations, and professional organizations. In this work, Marilyn has assisted Human Resource professionals and management in developing and/or implementing dress code policies, and educated employees on the significance of their workplace attire. Marilyn acts as a facilitator/presenter of positive image and dress code, circumventing conversations between management and employees that might be perceived as "politically incorrect".

Marilyn will tailor her presentations to meet the needs of the group she is addressing.
Lynda Wise
Lynda Wise is a Certified Life Coach, specializing in Well Being and Weight Loss. She’s been coaching for 6 years. She originally trained with the Coaches Training Institute (C.T.I.) in California She recently completed the C.T.I. Co-active Leadership program. Previously, a Guidance Counsellor/Department Head and Mathematics teacher with the Toronto District School Board she loves being a Workshop Facilitator and Personal Life Coach, helping individuals create their dream lives. Her extensive knowledge, stage presence and sense of humour make her workshops great learning opportunities as well as interesting and fun.

Wendy Woods
Wendy Woods helps clients engage their workforce - thereby increasing productivity and profitability. She is an enthusiastic speaker with a talent for captivating her audiences. Wendy specializes in such critical workplace skills as effective communication, networking, and teamwork. However, she is best known as an expert speaker on laughter where she energizes and motivates participants.

Wendy has an honours B.A. from the University of Western Ontario, an M.B.A. from the University of Toronto and a certificate in Adult Education from St. Francis Xavier University. She is also a certified laughter yoga professional and runs the midtown Toronto Laughter yoga club. Her clients include Bombardier, Johnson & Johnson Inc., and TD Bank Financial Group.
